Portsmouth City Football Club Limited (PFCL) and/or The
Stadium Tour (Portsmouth) LTD (TSTPL) and their respective associates and
subsidiaries reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, effective
immediately upon posting on.www.portsmouthfc.co.uk
TSTPL have been appointed to operate and manage the Portsmouth Stadium Tour by
PFCL.
This ticket remains the property of PFCL and TSTPL at all times.
1. Please check your tickets upon receipt whether eTicket or otherwise.
2. Once the date and time of your Portsmouth Stadium Tour is booked the booking
cannot be changed or refunded, unless the tour is cancelled by PFCL or TSTPL on
the day for which this ticket is valid. In the event of cancellation by PFCL or
TSTPL, their sole obligation and liability shall be to offer the original
purchaser a ticket for an alternative day, if available, or provide a full
refund of the face value of this ticket minus any booking, postage and packing
fees.
3. No liability will be taken for lost or stolen tickets and duplicate tickets
will be not issued. No other claims will be entertained.
4. TSTPL or PFCL reserve the right to alter or vary the tour date/or route at
their discretion without prior notification to refund monies or exchange this
ticket.
5. Removing the ticket stub invalidates the ticket.
6. Tickets are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.
7. Reselling a ticket for profit or commercial gain or for use in competitions,
promotions or hospitality packages without the express permission of PFCL or
TSTPL will void the ticket. Failure to adhere to this condition will result in
the ticket holder being refused entry or removed from the tour.
8. Tickets brought from unauthorised agents are not valid and entry will not be
permitted.
9. No ticket may be resold without the previous written consent of PFCL or
TSTPL. If PFCL or TSTPL reasonably believes that a ticket has been resold
without such consent, the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from
Portsmouth Stadium Tour without payment of compensation.
10. TSTPL and PFCL reserve the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse
entry on to or remove from the stadium and its surroundings any person who:-
• has been convicted of a criminal offence which, in the
opinion of TSTPL or PFCL, is likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other
visitors;
• has behaved in a manner which, in the opinion of TSTPL or PFCL has, or is
likely to affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors;
• has used threatening, abusive or insulting words and/or behaviour or in any
way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace. .
• is or appears to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
11. Admission to Portsmouth Stadium Tour is at the ticket holder’s own risk.
Neither TSTPL nor PFCL shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained
within the premises except for death or personal injury which is caused by the
negligence of TSTPL, PFCL or their respective employees or agents.
12. Unless otherwise permitted by a member of authorised TSTPL or PFCL staff,
all persons taking part in the Portsmouth Stadium Tour must pay for admission
prior to the start of the tour. Tickets (including e-Tickets) must be retained
at all times and submitted for inspection if required by any employee or agent
of TSTPL or PFCL. Any person attempting to gain admission to the Portsmouth
Stadium Tour without a valid ticket may be ejected from the stadium or its
vicinity.
13. TSTPL and PFCL will conduct security searches to your belongings and/or
outer clothing on entry, exit or at any time to ensure the safety of patrons
and Fratton Park. Bags or luggage larger than those permitted in aircraft
cabins may be refused entry. There are no facilities for leaving items. TSTPL
or PFCL will refuse admission to, or eject from the Portsmouth Stadium Tour any
person who refuses to be searched.
14. Neither TSTPL nor PFCL will accept responsibility for property lost or
stolen on the Portsmouth Stadium Tour.
15. It is prohibited to bring on the Portsmouth Stadium Tour any weapons
including knives and guns, fireworks, smoke bombs or canisters, glass bottles,
flags, banners, poles and or similar articles, flammable liquids or other
articles, which may cause injury.
16. The throwing of any article which could cause injury or annoyance is
strictly prohibited
17. Any person who fails to comply with instructions from a guide, steward,
security guard or other person acting on behalf of TSTPL or PFCL, seen or
attempting to cause damage to property, or attempting to access unauthorised or
prohibited areas will be ejected from the tour.
18. There will be an opportunity to purchase light refreshments before the tour
commences. Please note food and drink must be consumed before the start of the
tour and no purchases made away from the stadium may be consumed on the
premises.
19. Children under the age of 5 will be admitted to the Portsmouth Stadium Tour
free of charge (excludes Legends/Luxury or Training Ground Tours) provided they
are accompanied by a full paying adult, however the tour is not suitable for
small children. Buggies are not permitted on the tour and can be left at the
owner's risk in the Sports Bar
20. All under 16 concessions must be accompanied by a full paying adult.
21. No animals (except guide dogs) will be admitted on the Portsmouth Stadium
Tour.
22. The use of audio visual recording equipment is prohibited. No audio, audio
visual or cinematographic equipment or device may be brought onto the
Portsmouth Stadium Tour. All recording and any transmission is prohibited
including, without limitation, recording of any data, information or audio or
audio visual footage of or relating to PFCL or TSTPL. Photographic equipment
may be used for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
As a condition of entry to the Portsmouth Stadium Tour you assign (by way of
present assignment of future copyright) the copyright in any photographs or
recordings that you make in breach of this prohibition to PFCL or TSTPL.
23. CCTV and film cameras may be present in and around Fratton
Park. Attendance on the Portsmouth Stadium Tour means you consent to filming
and sound recording which may include you as a member of the tour and its use
in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
24. Smoking is not permitted anywhere at Fratton Park. Anyone caught smoking
inside the Stadium Grounds will be removed.
25. There is no readmission to the Portsmouth Stadium Tour.
26. During the tour you will be subjected to recorded crowd noise and/or music.
Loud noise or excessive music can damage hearing.
27. Season ticket holders are entitled to a maximum of 20 reduced rate Stadium
Tour Tickets per season.

Your Portsmouth Stadium Tour will last approximately 90 minutes (Excludes
Legends/Luxury or Training ground Tours)
These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be
construed in accordance with English Law, and any claim brought under these
conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Law.
